Upcoming Industry Day from FHWA on e-Ticketing as part of the EDC 6 Initiative

e-Ticketing, a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Every Day Counts (EDC) 6 initiative, is a market-ready digital innovation that automates the recording and real-time transfer of material delivery information in digital format on highway construction and maintenance projects. e-Ticketing Industry Day, to be held October 6-7, will gather public and private subject matter experts, entrepreneurs, and solution providers in a first-ever, collaborative virtual event. Participants will meet other transportation infrastructure owner/client organizations driving demand and learn about future technology solutions and implementation capabilities.

The Industry Day will feature a virtual Vendor Showcase, where participants can meet one-on-one with technology solution providers, view product demonstrations and compare market-ready solutions. Vendors will also deliver presentations on the Main Stage daily, highlighting product features, value propositions, hardware/software requirements, use cases, case studies and more. Attendance is free, but advance registration by October 3 is required. To learn more about the e-Ticketing Industry Day, contact Antonio Nieves Torres of FHWA Office of Infrastructure or Kathryn Weisner of FHWA Resource Center-Construction Team.
